RATEPOINT ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF JEFF BENNETT TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Industry Veteran to Join RatePoint’s Dynamic Group of Technology Leaders to Help Drive Company Growth

Needham, Mass. – July 15, 2008 – RatePoint, a leading provider of customer feedback and online reputation management services, today announced that it has added Jeff Bennett, president and chief operating officer of NameMedia, to its board of directors. Mr. Bennett joins the RatePoint board in an effort to further drive the growth trend of the company in the online reputation management market. He joins current members Neal Creighton, co-founder and CEO, RatePoint; Christopher Bailey, co-founder and CTO, RatePoint; Jim Counihan, general partner, Prism VentureWorks; and Larry Begley, managing partner, .406 Ventures.

Mr. Bennett is an industry leader in the fields of social media and e-Commerce. As president and COO of NameMedia, Mr. Bennett oversees all day-to-day operations of the company and serves on its board of directors. NameMedia is an industry leader in the acquisition, development and trading of digital real estate through a network of highly targeted websites and a marketplace for premium domain names serving an Internet audience of more than 70 million visitors each month. Mr. Bennett led the effort with Highland Capital and Summit Partners to acquire BuyDomains and develop the YesDirect Network that is the foundation of NameMedia.

He founded the Lycos E-Commerce business and led this business unit to extraordinary growth that included establishing a 1,000 merchant and small business marketplace in six months.. Mr. Bennett was also the architect of several strategic acquisitions and alliances during his tenure. Mr. Bennett earned a bachelor of science degree, cum laude, from Bentley College in Waltham, Mass.
