BOSTON, Mass., March 4, 2013 - Optaros, a global digital commerce services provider, today announced the company will lead a digital commerce implementation initiative for Integrated Supply Network (ISN), America's largest independent distributor of automotive and light industrial tools, equipment and supplies.
Optaros will implement the hybris Commerce Accelerator for ISN and integrate it with ISN’s back-office ERP system. The solution will also offer a new B2B commerce solution for ISN’s network of 20,000+ resellers.
"We look forward to working with Optaros and hybris to deploy a one-of-a-kind customer-centric solution for ISN," said Bruce Weber, CEO of Integrated Supply Network. "We believe that the flexibility of the hybris platform, when combined with Optaros' award-winning design, user-experience and integration expertise, will help us achieve our goal to spearhead innovation in our field, and enable businesses to communicate and sell across all channels in a consistent and effective way."
"The hybris Commerce Accelerator for B2B will help us provide ISN with a feature-rich, multi-channel solution that makes it easier to bring new products to market,” said Robert Willms, President and CEO at Optaros. "We’re extremely happy to announce this partnership and look forward to a long and successful relationship with ISN.”
The ISN implementation comes on the heels of the Optaros/hybris partnership, which was formed in late 2012.
“Optaros has an excellent track record of making its clients successful and we’re thrilled that the company is now a member of the hybris partner ecosystem,” said Steven Kramer, Executive Vice President Sales Americas for hybris. "Our partner-centric model will ensure that both Optaros and ISN receive the channel-optimized support, service delivery, and training they need to maximize their potential for success."
hybris is the world's fastest-growing commerce platform provider, ranked “leader” by both principle analyst firms.
“Adding hybris to our portfolio of digital solutions is a critical step in our mission to provide best-in-class, multi-channel digital commerce solutions to a wide range of clients,” continued Willms. “The partnership builds on our strategy to leverage cutting-edge platforms to deliver technology transformation, and further strengthens our broad-based integration model for customers.”
