Kaltura, Inc. (www.kaltura.com), developer of the first open source online video platform, and Digital Advertising Consortium (DAC), one of Japan’s largest digital marketing agencies, announced today that the companies have entered into a strategic partnership to distribute Kaltura’s open source online video platform to the Japanese market.
