I am thrilled to have him on board as a member of the Connotate team.”
Prior to Knovel and Reed Elsevier, Dr. Venugopal spent 7 years at Computer Associates (CA), where he was one of the founding executives of its SaaS & Cloud Services business unit and served as the vice president of product management for their global SaaS product line. He also held senior marketing and product management positions in CA’s Industry Verticals and Security Software businesses. Prior to CA, he was with Sprint, leading their managed services portfolio product management and operations for internet protocol (IP) products. He holds an MBA in Marketing from University of Maryland, College Park, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton.
“I have a great foundation to build on,” said Mr. Venugopal. “Connotate has industry-leading Web-harvesting technology, a sterling customer list, and market-proven platforms, products, and services.
