Enhancing Core CRM & Marketing Automation platform integrations
Bedrock Data has expanded its integration options for core CRM and marketing automation integrations including SalesForce, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, Connectwise, Zoho and Pipedrive on the CRM side and Marketo, HubSpot, Act-on and Pardot on the marketing automation side. For a full list of supported integrations see the Bedrock Data integrations list.
Bedrock Data launched significant enhancements to its Marketo integration, which include being able to read, update and create leads, companies, opportunities and interesting moments into other systems. The interesting moments integration is powerful as that coupled with the configurability Marketo provides around interesting moment definitions means that Marketo users can gain great flexibility in pushing key prospect and customer milestones into CRM fields or activities for sales rep visibility.
Bedrock Data customers are taking advantage of the Marketo integration for a variety of use cases including Marketo integrated with NetSuite and Marketo integrated with Microsoft Dynamics.
Enriching CRM Integrations with Activities to support sales and marketing alignment
Key to sales and marketing alignment is ensuring sales teams have a clear view into key marketing activities and milestones from the sales CRM system. Bedrock Data’s investment in enabling activity level integration means sales teams can gain clearer visibility into key marketing activities, in the environment they are used to -- their CRM system.
As the typical customer buying process spans multiple inbound and outbound touchpoints, this activity integration is vital to giving reps the visibility they need.
Reps have questions such as: “What emails did marketing send?” “Did my prospect open them?” “Who has visited our new product release page?” “Did my prospect attend our webinar last week? “
Sales reps can now universally gain visibility to answers to these questions – natively in the CRM environment they are used to and without any cumbersome CRM plugins.
Bedrock Data now supports activity integration for:
- Connectwise
- CVent
- EventBrite
- Hubspot
- Insightly
- Marketo
- Netsuite
- Pipedrive
- PipelineDeals
- Repsly
- Salesforce
This list is constantly growing, with VTiger, SugarCRM, and Zoho coming soon. Using a system you don’t see here? Let the Bedrock Data product team know!
Expanding Lead Generation Integrations to support customer demand generation
Many customers are looking to make their marketing automation more automated – meaning driving leads from third party lead sources into their marketing automation platform, with cleanly integrated data.
To support these demand generation needs, we’ve added integrations in a variety of categories including:
- Third party prospect lists: Datanyze – push leads into marketing automation nurturing or calling programs, while avoiding the hassles of data imports
- Outbound calling: Quota Factory – ensure smooth lead handoff from outside teleprospecting reps to your sales team (one of the biggest challenges of an outsourced BDR/SDR program)
- Events: Cvent & EventBrite – push leads from your events into marketing automation / CRM, while avoiding the hassle of data imports
- Webinars: GoToWebinar & WebEx – push leads from your webinar programs into marketing automation / CRM, while avoiding the hassle of data imports and providing the right visibility to sales
Coupling these capabilities with Bedrock Data’s unlimited connector pricing plans means customers can add these new capabilities in many cases while remaining in the same rate band – as these leads are ending up as marketing automation or CRM records anyway – this just means that happens in an integrated manner and without requiring cumbersome and painful manual data uploads.
Release of Bedrock Data Dashboard to provide more visibility and control for Bedrock Data users
Bedrock Data released the first version of its integration dashboard in May, allowing customers to see how their data is moving across all of integrated systems. In this initial release, customers get a record-by-record view of creates, updates, and errors, providing visibility into how Bedrock keeps data up-to-date behind the scenes. The chart gives customers an overview of how data is moving, including how many creates and updates are taking place in each connected system.
Product development is in high gear, with many more connectors and features in the works for the second half of the year.
If you’re interested in scheduling a conversation to discuss how to take advantage of these features in integrating your business data, contact the Bedrock Data team.
