Kaltura’s video solutions are already in use around the world by leading organisations such as SAP, MetLife, Philips, Yale University, Stanford University, Cornell University, and many more. While Kaltura has had a long-established footprint in Asia Pacific (APAC), this expansion underscores the importance of Australia and New Zealand as key markets for Kaltura.
As a reflection of this focus, to better serve the rapidly growing video needs of Australia’s forward-thinking companies, universities, and government organisations, Kaltura has expanded its ANZ team with senior hires. This “Dream Team” of experienced representatives will substantially boost Kaltura’s ability to serve digital transformation efforts in ANZ’s business and education sectors.
James Brennan joins to spearhead the enterprise and government business. James is a leading expert in the video and collaboration market and well-known to ANZ enterprises, having driven record results in previous roles as APAC Director for BlueJeans Network and ANZ Sales Director at Polycom. In addition to these new appointments, Kaltura has relocated key personnel from its US and European businesses to lead Solution Engineering and Customer Success functions.
Further bolstering Kaltura’s business capabilities are partnerships that have been established with leading education technology company Blackboard Inc and world-leading conferencing service provider West Corporation. As Kaltura’s local resellers in Australia, Blackboard Inc and West Corporation are working in tandem with the company’s local team to show organisations across ANZ how video can transform their businesses.
These partnerships have already secured Kaltura a number of notable business milestones in Australia.Major Australian customers include Sydney Water, the University of Queensland, the University of Western Australia, the University of Sydney, the University of Technology Sydney; Swinburne University of Technology, the Australia Film, Television, and Radio School; Laureate International Universities site Torrens University Australia; TAFE NSW; and the Department of Communities Child Protection and Family Support Division.
“Market research has identified ANZ as a region with significant untapped potential.
