PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--IMCS Group (IMCS), a leading behavioral telehealth provider in workers’ compensation treatment and recovery, announces Ron Barden has joined as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In the role, Barden will be responsible for setting the new standard for financial excellence at IMCS and providing strategic perspective at the executive level.

Barden has more than 30 years of experience as a business leader developing strategies to support technology-enabled healthcare and service businesses (both private and public), boards of directors, investors, and lenders in executing complex and challenging operating business models to ensure successful financial outcomes. Prior to IMCS, he previously worked as CFO with Aura, n1Health, WellAware Systems, and GE Healthcare’s Agility Healthcare Solutions.

Barden holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business.
