- Streamlined Metadata Input– At the heart of VideoSense3.0 ® is VS MetaFrame™, a unified framework for the creation, aggregation and distribution of rich metadata across the media business. Improvements include the new capability to add a segment to multiple tracks at the same time and improving the video player UI to greatly reduce the time for tagging content.
- Improved Workflow – Advanced navigation and pre-populated wizards use previously selected entries to auto fill values and selections to reduce data entry in VideoSense 3.0, significantly improving the workflow for digital media management.
Advanced Navigation
- New UI – To enhance the consumer experience and improve efficiency, Digitalsmiths revamped the look and feel in VideoSense 3.0 by making more computer screen real estate available so that day-to-day task management is easier, and various panels and data are placed where most relevant.
- Menu-Driven Navigation – With the addition of drop-down menus and context relevant right-click menus throughout the UI, VideoSense 3.0 significantly reduces the number of clicks required to accomplish time consuming tasks.
- Fully Integrated Online Help – Instead of referring to the help manual text book that is likely lost in a desk drawer or filing cabinet, VideoSense 3.0 now has fully integrated context relevant help. By clicking the question mark button, solution options will appear to guide the user.
- Pop-out Video Player – VideoSense 3.0 has a pop-up video player where content of a particular video asset can be reviewed the user can simultaneously jump directly into the appropriate place in the video management system to manage the asset.
