05.11.11 - Waltham, Mass. - Bit9, Inc., the leader in Advanced Endpoint Protection, today announced that Di Hall has joined the company as vice president of services. Hall brings nearly 25 years of experience working with technology both in software product development and professional services, implementing successful customer service, client management and software development programs.
As the vice president of services, Hall will centrally manage Bit9’s customer service and technical account management teams, offering a single point of contact to oversee day-to-day customer relations activities. By overseeing the services team, she will have a comprehensive view of Bit9’s customers and the insight to quickly respond to their needs. Hall joins the company during a time of accelerated growth, marked by increasing enterprise and government demand for Bit9’s technology to combat “Advanced Persistent Threats” and cyber attacks such as Aurora and Stuxnet.

Prior to Bit9, Hall served as the vice president of operations and customer success for web security software company Watchfire, where she led professional services, customer support programs and training initiatives. She also held the VP, COO and chief people officer positions at Viant, an Internet professional services firm. Additionally, she served in various senior management roles at Cambridge Technology Partners.
Hall graduated Summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
