Marin joined .406 Ventures in 2025 as a Senior Associate with several years of finance and investing experience across the healthcare industry.
Before .406, Marin was an Associate on the healthcare investment team at Arsenal Capital Partners, where she invested in tech-enabled businesses working to transform revenue cycle management, autism therapy, and drug development. Prior to this, Marin worked at Morgan Stanley on the Healthcare Investment Banking team.
Having been a patient at both Boston Children’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital, Marin has been deeply connected to the Boston healthcare system. As a result, she has developed a personal passion for healthcare and improving access to care for all.
Originally from Weston, MA, Marin has spent much of her life in Boston and enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying new workout classes, and watching the latest tv shows.
Marin received a BA in Social Studies with a focus on access to healthcare, from Harvard College.
